Ingredients

Main:

  • Cook’s Flavor Origins Mediterranean Roast – 1 pack
  • Olive Oil – 3 tbsp

Sauce:

  • Greek Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 & ½ tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Cayenne – ½ tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Sides:

  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs
  • Onions – 4 pcs
  • Tortilla Wrap – 1 pack

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast:some text
    • Coat the Cook’s Flavor Origins Mediterranean Roast with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Grill each side for 4 minutes (total of 8 minutes).
    • Transfer to a preheated oven at 450°F (232°C) and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Make the Yogurt Sauce:some text
    • In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Sides:some text
    • Season the tomatoes and onions with salt and pepper.
    • Toss them in olive oil and grill for 8 minutes or until charred.
  4. Assemble the Wrap:some text
    • Heat the tortilla wrap over the grill for 30 seconds or until grill marks appear.
    • Once all ingredients are cooked, mix together the Mediterranean roast, grilled tomatoes, and onions.
    • Spoon the mixture onto the tortilla, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and wrap it up.
