Cook’s Flavor Origins French Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Cook’s Flavor Origins French Roast
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese
  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
  • 50g Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 cups Rice (cooked)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan then fry Cook’s Flavor Origins French Roast for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  2. Let it cool before flaking the chicken meat and set aside (yield 350g)
  3. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl then mix well.
  4. Divide the cooked rice and toppings equally to make 4 sets.
